A property manager will take down your name and contact information and address of your rental property and submit the service request thru the system to the proper Maintenance Personnel. This new system will make things easier for renters without internet access, and also Alleviate issues where renters / tenant submit wrong addresses or contact information, delaying the repairs / service they are in need of.
